At the heart of the experience is Kalea’s abundant Iftar buffet, thoughtfully curated to celebrate the rituals of Ramadan through flavour and variety. Guests are invited to indulge in comforting Arabic favourites, from fragrant Chicken Machboos and delicately spiced Samak Taratore to slow-cooked Beef Salona, alongside a diverse selection of Asian, Indian and international dishes. Carefully prepared vegetarian options including vegetables and Paneer Khada, stir-fried Singaporean noodles, and a curated selection of fresh salads, ensure the buffet caters to every palate. Minimum guest requirements apply by venue, with Ari Garden accommodating a minimum of 200 guests, the Tamure Ballroom 150 guests, Kalea Garden 100 guests, and Kalea Terrace 110 guests. Iftar at Kalea will be available daily throughout Ramadan from 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm, priced at AED 225 per person, inclusive of the full Iftar buffet and live oud music.
