Spartan Middle East has confirmed it will return to Dubai Parks and Resorts for a full day of obstacle course racing on January 24, 2026, following the strong response to the inaugural Spartan Trifecta Weekend held at the venue earlier this year, which attracted more than 6,000 participants and spectators.

The January race – held in close co-operation with the Dubai Sports Council (DSC) – will once again see Dubai Parks and Resorts transformed into a large-scale race setting, welcoming athletes, weekend racers, families and teams for a day of competition and community-driven activity.

Racers will be able to choose from the Sprint 5K featuring 20 obstacles, the Super 10K with 25 obstacles, and Kids races across 1-3K distances designed specifically for younger participants aged 4-14 years. The range of race formats will allow individuals and groups to take part at a pace and level that suits them.

Dubai Parks and Resorts provides a fitting setting for an event of this scale. As one of the UAE’s most established outdoor venues, it offers expansive, adaptable terrain supported by purpose-built infrastructure, convenient access and integrated hospitality and entertainment facilities.

The January race follows a strong run of events for Spartan Middle East, which has delivered races at several of the region’s most recognisable locations including The Arena Bab Al Shams, Etihad Arena, Al Ain Zoo, Wadi Hub Hatta and Mushrif Park. The return to Dubai Parks and Resorts reflects continued interest in large-scale endurance events that combine physical challenge with accessibility and family participation.

Away from the course, the event will include a festival village featuring food and drink vendors, live entertainment, DJ’s and family-friendly brand activations. Spectators are welcome to attend free of charge, whether to support friends and family on course, spend time in the festival village or experience the Spartan atmosphere firsthand.

Tickets for Spartan Race at Dubai Parks and Resorts, taking place on January 24, 2026, are now available at arabia.spartan.com. Early sign-ups are recommended.
