Riyadh Air has unveiled two new partnerships that highlight Saudi Arabia’s ambition to set new global standards in passenger experience ahead of the airline’s 2025 launch.
The carrier signed long-term agreements with Uber and Saudi wellbeing brand Kayanee, combining technology, mobility, and wellness.
Riyadh Air-Uber partnership
Riyadh Air and Uber have entered a strategic long-term partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding to deliver a fully connected end-to-end travel experience.
Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate on digital integration and exclusive benefits for members of Riyadh Air’s forthcoming loyalty programme, enabling guests to arrange ground transportation directly within the airline’s digital ecosystem.
Osamah Alnuaiser, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Riyadh Air, said: “This partnership with Uber is another example of how Riyadh Air is reimagining the travel experience.
“By integrating trusted and innovative services into our offering, we are ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless, premium journey both in the air and on the ground.”
Madhu Kannan, Chief Business Officer at Uber, said: “Our partnership with Riyadh Air is a significant step in our mission to make movement seamless for people everywhere.
“By combining premium air travel with convenient and seamless last-mile mobility, we’re making journeys effortless and more convenient for travellers in the Kingdom and around the world.”
Riyadh Air said the collaboration supports its wider strategy to become one of the world’s most guest-centric airlines, leveraging technology and strategic alliances to deliver unmatched service quality as it works toward connecting Saudi Arabia to more than 100 destinations by 2030.

Kayanee partnership — wellbeing at 40,000 feet
The airline also announced a collaboration with Kayanee, a Saudi luxury wellbeing brand launched in 2023, to introduce an exclusive range of in-flight amenity kits and loungewear for Business Elite, Business, and Premium Economy passengers.
The collection includes skincare products, hydrating creams, pulse oils, facial mists and bespoke loungewear designed to refresh and rejuvenate travellers from take-off to landing.
In a regional first, Premium Economy guests will receive Kayanee-designed loungewear tops, bringing enhanced comfort typically reserved for higher-tier cabins.
Each amenity pouch is reusable, and Business Elite travellers will also receive tote bags reflecting Riyadh Air’s sustainability focus.
Osamah Alnuaiser said the partnership “continues to challenge the expectations of people flying to and from the Kingdom on what is possible, as every detail has been designed with the traveller in mind, reflecting the best of Saudi creativity and our commitment to exceptional guest experience.”
Shen Sivananthan, Chief Commercial Officer at Kayanee, said: “Our philosophy is to nurture the soul through balance and empowerment. Every product we’ve curated and every piece we’ve designed reflects this ethos, offering travellers an experience that is both luxurious and restorative.”
The partnership positions Kayanee’s wellness brand on the global stage and introduces Riyadh Air’s guests to Saudi-designed luxury products aligned with the Kingdom’s wider goals of diversifying its economy and promoting national creativity.
