- Above Eleven Cebiche: The showstopper. Seabass, A11 leche de tigre, crispy calamari, cancha and sweet potato — tangy, citrusy and beautifully textured. It’s fresh, fiery and absolutely untouchable. If you only order ONE starter… it should be this.
- Chicken Chimichurri Skewers: Juicy, smoky, herby goodness with that signature chimichurri kick. Every bite was a “yep, another one.”
- Sushi Trolley (yes, an actual trolley): The chef rolls up tableside (literally) and hand-rolls sushi on the spot. The Salmon Mango Roll brought sweet-meets-fresh tropical vibes, while the Wagyu Roll was lush, buttery and bold. 10/10 for the experience and the flavour.
Mains with major presence
- Lomo Saltado: A Peruvian classic with wagyu tenderloin, onions, tomatoes and crispy potatoes — hearty, saucy, soulful and seriously satisfying. Comfort food, but make it rooftop-luxury.
- Pollo a la Parrilla: Golden, smoky, beautifully grilled baby chicken with tender meat and crisp skin that snaps just right. Simple on paper and sensational on the plate!
Dessert that demands a slow moment
- We closed with the Chocolate Lava Cake, and let’s just say… There were no regrets. Warm, gooey, rich and indulgent with that perfect molten centre. A sweet, chocolatey mic drop to end the meal.
