ARB ▼-5.39% updates is stealing the news headline today as an ex-Ripple engineer thinks that its dual-speed transactions can reshape crypto Layer-2 market dynamics. Layer-2 comes with cheaper fees and lightning fast transaction speed which pull more liquidity into it. 
ETH ▼-3.17% also has its supply dropped as ETF inflows hit $3.87 billion just last month alone.
