Dubai’s social scene is about to get a serious upgrade. Gates Hospitality will launch Forty3, a high-rise destination perched on the 43rd floor of Media One Hotel, transforming the property into a seven-venue destination. Bringing three distinct concepts under one roof, Forty3 will be crafted for dining, late nights and social energy, all with sweeping skyline views.

Dubai is a city that thrives on connection and Forty3 will reflect that spirit with three unique concepts designed to complement one another,” said Dr. Naim Maadad, Chief Executive and Founder of Gates Hospitality.
The first stop will be Papafuku – literally “Father of Luck” – a cheeky, modern spin on South-East Asian dining. The menu will move from sizzling Wagyu Gyoza and Bubble Rock Shrimp Tempura to fiery Chilli Mud Crab, innovative sushi rolls and bowls of ramen. Dishes like Miso-glazed Black Cod and Angus Beef Rendang will deliver bold flavours, while sashimi on ice and vibrant hot starters will keep the energy flowing. Papafuku will be dynamic, playful and designed for daytime dining through to nights that won’t stop at one round!
Next up will be Velvet Social, the high-energy core of Forty3 after dark. Expect creative cocktails, DJs dropping beats and live acts that light up the room, all wrapped in a lounge that blurs the line between bar and club. Velvet Social will drive Dubai’s nightlife and keep the city alive until the early hours.
Completing the trio will be The Office – but not the kind you dread on a Monday morning! This sleek space will flip the script on traditional venues, offering a place to connect, collaborate and unwind. Whether sparking ideas, catching up with friends or simply taking in the view, its mantra says it all: Connect. Chill. Repeat.
Together, Papafuku, Velvet Social and The Office will make Forty3 far more than just another venue. It will be a one-stop playground for foodies, creatives, night owls and networkers. With skyline views that wow, menus made to share and vibes that will last from sunset to sunrise, Forty3 will be the floor everyone is talking about.
