Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC), one of the largest construction companies in the world with a special focus on the Middle East, has signed a contract with Saudi Egyptian Developers (SED) to execute Central, its latest mixed-use development in New Cairo. The total investment for the ambitious 160,000 sqm project is expected to exceed EGP12 billion (US$254 million).
