The UAE and Australia are on track to significantly expand trade relations, with the UAE-Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) expected to boost bilateral trade to $10bn by 2032, according to Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade. During a meeting with Australian officials, Dr. Al Zeyoudi highlighted that the United Arab Emirates’ non-oil foreign trade with Australia exceeded $4.2bn in 2024.
