GenAI is making storytelling wilder and more accessible than ever. According to Sharad Agarwal, CEO of Cyber Gear, The company that launched RatedG.ai, “We are seeing an exponential growth in the number of AI-Generated films and videos being published on our platform. We will soon be launching the ‘Pay-Per-View’ channel in July 2025.”

During our research on Grok to partner with, we found these filmmakers who are recognized for their innovative use of AI tools in storytelling, visual effects, and production. We will be inviting these creative developers to join our Creators Community at https://www.CreatorsCommunity.ai.

Notable AI Filmmakers

Caleb Ward – Known for the viral “Star Wars by Wes Anderson,” Ward is a leading figure at Curious Refuge, blending AI with whimsical storytelling.

Shelby Ward – COO of Curious Refuge, her AI film about Milli Vanilli is a standout for its humor and innovation.

Daniel Antebi – Creator of the award-winning “Get Me Out,” merging live-action with AI-generated footage.

Dave Clark – Produced the AI-driven sci-fi short “NinjaPunk,” showcasing unique AI-enhanced visuals.

Aze Alter – Directed “Capitol of Conformity,” a dystopian AI film exploring freedom and control.

Demonflyingfox – Known for AI-powered mashups blending 1950s cinematic style with modern pop culture, like “Harry Potter in Miami.”

Thibauld Zamora – Creator of “Oracle,” an AI-powered interactive Choose Your Own Adventure film.

Padphone Lee – Directed “Golden Kingdom,” a Hollywood-style action film entirely crafted by AI.

The Reel Robot – Known for “The Lost Father,” blending anime aesthetics with AI storytelling.

Machine Mythos – Created “The Day Hell Froze Over,” pushing AI films beyond the 5-minute mark with narrative depth.

The Butcher Brains – Directed “Clark,” a visually stunning AI film that gained significant social media attention.

Ike Wagh – Produced “Loose Ends,” combining innovative AI techniques with compelling narratives.

The Giom – Creator of “One of Us,” known for blending human emotion with AI visuals.

AI ded it – Directed “The Trap,” a versatile AI filmmaking masterpiece across genres.

Animals Eating Animals – Redefined synthetic horror with distinctive, disturbing AI films.

Richard Juan – Created “The Safe Zone,” one of the first AI-scripted and directed shorts, using ChatGPT and DALL-E.

Josh Rubin – Directed “The Blizzard,” an AI-driven short emulating Kurosawa’s style.

Quinn Halleck – Used AI holistically in the sci-fi miniseries “Sigma_001,” integrating it across production.

Joss Fong – Collaborated on an AI-narrated short exploring human creativity, winning gold at Runway’s AI Film Festival.

Aron Filkey – Partnered with Fong on the AI-enhanced short about creativity and technology.

Chad Nelson – Creator of “Critterz,” the first animated short using DALL-E for visuals, produced with OpenAI.

T2 Remake Team – A collective of 50 AI artists reimagining “Terminator 2” with diverse AI-generated scenes.

Elizabeth Strickler – Leads AI filmmaking courses at Georgia State, focusing on ethical AI use in film creation.

Stephen Parker – A key creator of “The Frost,” a dystopian sci-fi short using DALL-E for visuals. 25–30.

The AI filmmaking community is rapidly growing, with new talents emerging at festivals like Runway’s AI Film Festival.

RatedG.ai is aiming to be the new NetFlix for AI-Generated Films.
