The final countdown has begun. Next weekend, the city is gearing up for the return of the Dubai T100 Triathlon, a four-day celebration of sport, wellness, and community, taking place 13–16 November as part of the 30×30 Dubai Fitness Challenge.

From pro-level racing to family-friendly fun runs, kids’ entertainment, plus live music at the Irish Village pop-up, the Dubai T100 promises an unforgettable long weekend of fitness and feel-good energy, all set against the iconic Dubai skyline.

A SPORTING SPECTACLE FOR ALL LEVELS

The weekend kicks off on Thursday, 13 November, with the Duathlon Relay, a team-based format ideal for friends or corporate groups of two or three. Friday, 14 November welcomes youth participants to the School Aquathon, a swim-run race at Jumeirah 3 Beach – Sunset designed just for kids.

On Saturday, 15 November, three signature races take over the city: The Sprint Triathlon, a beginner-friendly challenge of a 750m swim, 20km bike, and the 5km run and The Music Run (AED 118), an evening 5K community fun run set to epic beats, merging fitness with festival vibes. The headline professional Dubai T100 Triathlon also takes place on Saturday, 15 November, where global stars including Race to Qatar leaders Hayden Wilde (NZL) and Kate Waugh (GBR) along with the likes of Jelle Geens (BEL), Mika Noodt (GER), Lucy Charles-Barclay (GBR), and Julie Derron (SUI) will compete in a 100KM course spanning 2km swim, 80km cycle, and 18km run.

The final amateur race will take place on Sunday, November 16, with participants also taking on the full triathlon distance – 2km swim, 80km bike, and 18km run – just like the pros to mark the grand finale of an action-packed T100 weekend at Meydan Racecourse. This is the ultimate moment for passionate non-professional triathletes to push their limits and cross the same iconic finish line as the pros, with the iconic Burj Khalifa towering in the distance and a city full of supporters cheering them on.

A CITYWIDE CELEBRATION: MUSIC, FOOD, COMMUNITY

Dubai T100 isn’t just about racing. It’s a weekend of celebration. Free for spectators to cheer on the athletes, the Irish Village Pop-Up at the Event Village, located next to the Pro Transition and Finish Line at Meydan Racecourse Dubai, The Irish Village Pop-up will serve up legendary pub vibes with a fully licensed bar, shaded seating, and views of the finish line. An exciting line-up of food trucks and a classic ice cream van bring delicious pit stops for all ages. Live performances by loop pedal artist Dan Moores and local DJs will keep the vibe high all weekend long. The Kids Zone offers shaded soft play areas, bouncy castles, VR games, arts & crafts, and giant slides, making it a perfect family day out.

T100 organisers will also be handing out spot prizes to supporters who go the extra mile to cheer on the pros and amateur participants. The T100 hype squad will reward: the loudest and most encouraging fans, signpost superstars who display the most creative or motivating sign, or simply the best dressed superfan.

HOSPITALITY UPGRADE: WATCH LIKE A VIP

For those wanting to soak up the race in style, limited hospitality tickets are available for Sunday 16 November. Hosted in the official VIP zone, tickets starting from AED 295 includes catering and unlimited soft drinks or AED 395 includes all the bits from the soft package plus three house beverages (21+). For children 10 and under (free for 0–3 years), the tickets are AED 75 per child.

HISTORY IN THE MAKING: GUINNESS WORLD RECORD BREAKER

This year’s event will also mark a global milestone: Ghani Souleymane, a Dubai-based endurance athlete, will complete his 100th consecutive T100 distance triathlon, qualifying him for the Guinness World Record as the first man in history to achieve this feat.

Whether you’re racing, spectating, or simply soaking in the atmosphere, Dubai T100 offers a reason for everyone to get moving this November.
