The Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC 30×30) returns this November, inspiring residents to commit to 30 minutes of daily activity for 30 days. The annual citywide movement turns Dubai into an open gym with hundreds of classes, community workouts designed to make fitness accessible for everyone, anywhere.
As part of this year’s challenge, premium gym brand Wellfit is all set to make a major impact with a month-long activation at Kite Beach, alongside a series of high-energy competitions at Wellfit Meydan that bring together professional athletes and the wider fitness community.
At Kite Beach, XPark Dubai Fitness Hub by Wellfit will run from 1-30 November, offering more than 120 free group classes across the month. From HIIT and cycling to yoga and strength training, the beachfront setup will welcome participants of all fitness levels. Visitors who attend the most classes will also have the chance to win a one-month free Wellfit membership, with one male and one female winner selected based on the highest-class attendance.
Complementing the Kite Beach activation, Wellfit Meydan will host two major events:
- On 15November, the Annual Arab Championship returns in memory of Sheikh Saqer bin Tareq Al Qassimi, gathering top regional CrossFit athletes for a day of strength, endurance and community spirit.
- On 22 November, the DFC30×30 Firefighter Championship, held in collaboration with Dubai Civil Defense and the First Responder Training Academy (FRTA), will feature teams from across the Emirates, including private fire and emergency services competing in high-intensity fitness challenges inspired by real-world rescue scenarios.
Together, these activations underline Wellfit’s commitment to making fitness more inclusive and accessible. From open-access beach workouts to professional competitions, Wellfit continues to inspire Dubai to move.
