The first vehicle, led by Hivemind Capital, plans to raise up to $500 million via a Nasdaq-listed company; former White House press secretary and crypto investor Anthony Scaramucci is advising on this deal.
The second, also targeting $500 million, is a SPAC sponsored by Dragonfly Capital. If successful, both would buy AVAX from the Foundation under favorable terms.
